In less than a month, I will graduate from UNE. It has been my home for the last 4 years, but soon I will walk away from it. There will be no graduation, no proper goodbye to the place that has helped me grow into the healthcare professional I’ve strived to become.
In the face of the pandemic that has shaken the world to the core, life has been altered greatly. I myself have experienced first hand what this virus is capable of. I’m proud to say that as the hour draws near on my time with the University, I was able to stand with them and continue my education even when my professors and instructors had to create a whole new plan within a moment’s notice.
